Since that time, the actor and husband to Miranda Kerr and father to Flynn has rented the tranquil home out for a cool $16,500 per month, while he lives in New York with his adorable little family.
And now we've learned that Bloom has decided to officially put the home on the market with an impressive asking price of $4.5 million.
