Rih Rih thinks Nothing Was the Same is "excellent"

Rihanna isn't just one of Drake's exes, she's a fan. Rih wanted to send a special (and very public) message to her former flame by Instagramming a photo of his album to her nearly 10 million followers alongside the post, "Congratulations @champagnepapi Excellent work!! #NWTS."
Drake didn't respond yet, but he's not shy about his feelings for the Bajan beauty. When grilled about his dating past on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, he didn't hesitate to gush over the "Pour It Up" singer. "Great girl," he said. "We had our moment, I'll always have love for her."
Although their "moment" is over, the duo remain on good terms. So much so that the OVO rapper's latest, "Hold On We're Going Home," is rumored to be inspired by Bad Gal Rih Rih. The track, featuring the lyric "'Cause you're a good girl and you know it," also happens to be the Rihanna's "new favorite song period," which she tweeted last month.
Besides spreading love on social media, the two were reportedly spotted out together during the MTV Video Music Awards weekend.
Of course, Rihanna isn't the only one loving Drake's latest album. Nothing Was the Same received positive reviews from critics and is expected to hit No. 1 with over 675,000 copies sold once Neilsen SoundScan figures are released this week.
