Whilst Kim Kardashian and Kanye West may have been surrounded by their nearest and dearest when the rapper popped the question a week ago, according to the latest reports one friend of the couple could be in serious trouble after sharing footage of the couple's engagement without Kimye's permission.
Kanye got down on one knee at San Francisco's At&T baseball stadium last Monday, where he serenaded his bride-to-be with a 50 piece orchestra and fireworks before slipping a 15-carat diamond on Kim's finger.
A close group of the couple's friends and family were there to celebrate the big moment, including YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley. The Mail Online report though that the businessman could be facing legal action from Kim and Kanye after he shared a video of the proposal later on in the week.

The clip includes several key moments from the engagement, with the elaborate fireworks, West dropping to one knee, and Kim embracing him after saying 'yes' all shown.
Friends and family can then be seen surprising Kim by emerging to congratulate the happy couple, followed by celebratory drinks and music.
According to TMZ though, who don't directly name the person who leaked the video, a non-disclosure agreement was violated by publishing the footage: "The couple thinks they know who did it, and that person signed a confidentiality agreement. We're told a lawsuit is imminent," the US site report.
